Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns as it is a fantastic opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our products and services. We encourage you to return because your satisfaction and comfort is our utmost priority. We don’t want our customers to get even slightly dissatisfied, hence we advise you to go ahead and ask for a return/refund.

Returns

1) Items purchased from Alam Rugs are eligible for return if returned within 3 days of delivery.

2) we do not provide reverse pick-up service. In such cases, we request you to please self-ship the product to us. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at contact@alamrugs.store with your order number.

3) once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end and once they are picked up the return/refund will be provided.

4) Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.

5) Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging. You are required to return the main product.

6) If you have received a defective product, send us images using our return center and we will get back to you. Once they are verified by our support team the refund/exchange will be provided.

7) After placing the order in a big size, we will give you confirmation about sizes, designs, and colors on WhatsApp or call. If you want to make any changes, then you can, during the confirmation, no changes will be made after the carpet is made.

Refunds

Once we receive the return shipment, a 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours.

1) If you have made an online payment, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.

2) If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no., bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.

3) Refund is possible only after a parcel is dispatched, and delivered and reverse pick is done.

4) For COD orders refunds would be provided in your Bank account equivalent to the total order value.

5) COD Handling charges extra which you pay are not refundable
